Principle Based Partner Yoga™ with Lara Barber
Principle Based Partner Yoga™ is an emerging practice that combines the healing power of yoga, conscious touch, and union of self and other. It integrates the body-heart-mind-spirit connection among individuals by combining simple and profound techniques to inspire a deeper awareness in yoga poses & practices.
This two hour workshop will include partner yoga postures, practices, and simple Thai yoga massage technique for a truly restorative experience. We will connect with ourselves and others in a conscious authentic expression to feel expansive, alert, aware, and deeply relaxed.
