February 6th through April 17th

Regular drop-in class
at Full Circle Yoga

{ STARTING THIS FEBRUARY TUESDAY EVENINGS 7:30 - 8:45 }

Check out this special 75-minute weekly yoga class that will include a brief lecture (5-10 minutes) to introduce each weekly topic followed by a physical asana practice to anchor the philosophy into your body. Yoga is about more than doing fancy tricks with your body, it is a way of living! Learn to incorporate yogic wisdom to imbue health in all areas of your life. According to The Yoga Sutras written by Patanjali, The YAMAS AND NIYAMAS are the ethics and moral codes of living in alignment with a balanced inner and outer lifestyle. These precepts embrace how you view and act in the outward world, as well as your view and treat yourself inwardly.  Learning about these powerful tenents will help support you in taking ownership of our life's direction and therefore give you the tools to increase your overall well-being and satisfaction.
